Phase 3: Engineering
When the design has been refined to completion, the engineers take the next step toward development. The relationship between the designers and the design engineers is historically troubled, but at exo design these parties have built strong relationships, based on mutual respect. This results in a smooth transition from concept to production. The engineers create 3D CAD models and drafted documents for prototype procurement/evaluation, and ultimately for production manufacture.
